WHO WE ARE?
Produced at AntGida, one of the world's largest olive production facilities, Fora Snacks has brought an innovative approach to olives and applied freeze-drying technology. Offering a wide range of products, from chili pepper to lemon, from crushed to grilled green olives, Fora Snacks is set to change the snack category with its gluten-free, sugar-free, preservative-free, and additive-free products.

The Secret Of Delight
The secret to Fora Snacks' production lies in its use of natural olive processing methods. Olives, harvested in their natural state from the fields, are sorted according to variety and size (calibre) and transferred to tanks for processing using the appropriate technique. Using traditional recipes dating back thousands of years, they are rested in these tanks to be produced according to their own characteristics and consumer needs. Within the framework of food regulations, they are continuously monitored under hygienic conditions, with the appropriate combination of ingredients and time, to be turned into table olives. Packaged without touching by automatic filling lines, the olives undergo pasteurization or sterilization to preserve their freshness for a long time. No artificial colorants (dyes) or chemicals harmful to health are added to the products. None of the products contain allergens.

The AntGıda facilities where Fora Snacks are produced prioritize sustainability and a zero-waste philosophy in their production principles. AntGıda facilities, which have been sourcing their energy from nature with the solar panels installed on the factory roof since 2018, received a zero-waste certificate in 2022. Fora Snacks, which prefers sustainable and eco-friendly packaging for its olives, is produced at AntGida facilities certified by IFS and BRC, proving that it meets international standards.
